Dabbling on the dark side: what I call it when my children dabble in meat.  I will gladly admit that the smell of bacon makes me wistful.  I have even bought it for 2 of my 3 children, the oldest and youngest that shall remain nameless. (hi honey.... I love you!)  But, after years of no meat, they have to dip their toes into the dark side of meat eating and non Kosher if they don't want to make themselves sick.  Yes, I would prefer they remain Kosher.
